We’re very happy to announce the re-introduction of our Absinthe after a transition to new production. The first official batch was produced by Tuthilltown Spirits in Gardiner, NY and was a very exclusive, limited run of 600 bottles. If you were able to get your hands on one of these small batch, hand-numbered bottles you can consider yourself very lucky. You might even want to consider holding on to it if you somehow managed to resist drinking it. Who knows, it might be worth a lot of money one day…

Our next official batch was produced by Flaghill Winery and Distillery by Frank Reinhold in Lee, NH. We owe Frank endless gratitude for believing in the project and agreeing to take us on. We have nothing but respect for his talent and skill as a distiller, and sincerely hope you will appreciate it as much as we do.
